In a reenactment, the Three Kings, with their sumptuous mantles, and three majestic horses, come from via Veneto, opposite the Caffè delle Mura, a place that depicts the gate of Jerusalem.
From here, and throughout the route, which winds from via Beccaria, Piazza San Michele and Via San Paolino, you can follow comments and dialogues between the various characters who will speak, read and recited at the microphone by young actors of the theater workshop Arabesque .
The Kings are escorted by the guards of the city, interpreted by the actors of the Association of the districts of St. Paulino, and by way Beccheria ask news of the Child to the people.
In Piazza San Michele await them King Herod, who will pray them to seek and to report to him the results.
Finally, continue along Via San Paolino, where an angel guide them up by Jesus, the square of the Basilica of San Paolino.
They dismounted, will make him a gift of gold, frankincense and myrrh, and start again.
The comments and readings are also taken from songs of famous authors, particularly from a text by Giovanni Papini, a Florentine philosopher who lived in the first half of the last century.
