The Palazzo Mansi National Museum hosts an exhibition of ancient musical instruments, dating back to the 18th, 19th and 20th century, which are part of the prestigious collection of Villa Medici Giulini and are currently exhibited for the first time in Lucca.
The instruments illustrate various categories of the collection: from ancient pianos to harps, from "saltieri" to mandolins. The visitors have the possibility to plunge into the atmosphere and the sounds that echoed in the halls of a noble residence in Lucca.

At the inauguration will participate: Rosanna Morozzi, Director of the National Museums in Lucca, Ilaria Borletti Buitoni, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, Stefano Casciu, Director of Museums of Tuscany, Marcello Bertocchini, President of the Cassa di Risparmio Foundation of Lucca, Fernanda Giulini, President of Villa Medici Giulini.
