An opportunity not to be missed to taste the traditional dishes of the culinary hinterland of Versilia carefully prepared by the expert hands of women and men from the area. Absolute protagonists the polenta, obtained from the new corn flour, and fresh porcini mushrooms from our mountains. There will be other local dishes such as soups, pasta and ravioli topped with meat sauce and mushrooms great, side dishes of local vegetables, grilled meats and delicious desserts. The festival is organized by the Sports Association Piano di Conca.
After dinner, musical entertainment, ballroom dancing and group dancing.
